Welcome to CK Creations! By booking an appointment or purchasing services at our tattoo studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments

1.1 Booking and Deposits:

• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

• Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

1.2 Rescheduling and Cancellations:

• To reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within this timeframe will transfer your deposit to the new date.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

1.3 Late Arrivals:

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being rescheduled at the artist’s discretion. A new deposit may be required.

2. Tattoo Design Policy

2.1 Custom Designs:

• All custom designs remain the intellectual property of CK Creations and cannot be reproduced without our permission.

• Design previews will be shared before your appointment if requested, and minor adjustments can be made on the day of the session.

2.2 Approval:

• Once the design is approved and the tattooing process begins, no further changes can be made.

3. Health and Safety

3.1 Client Disclosure:

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities that could affect the tattooing process.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the procedure may compromise your health or safety.

3.2 Age Requirements:

• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo, as required by law. Valid government-issued photo identification is required.

3.3 Hygiene Standards:

• CK Creations adheres to strict health and hygiene protocols, including the use of sterilized equipment and single-use needles.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Pricing:

• Tattoo prices are determined by the complexity, size, and time required for the artwork. Quotes are estimates and may vary slightly based on final work.

4.2 Payments: Final payment is due at the end of your session. We accept cash or Venmo only.

5. Aftercare

5.1 Instructions:

• CK Creations will provide detailed aftercare instructions. Following these instructions is essential for proper healing.

• We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

5.2 Touch-Ups:

• One free touch-up is offered within 3 months, provided aftercare instructions were followed. Touch-ups after this period or for tattoos not healed properly due to client negligence will incur additional fees.

6. Studio Policies

6.1 Guests:

• For safety and focus, clients may bring one guest to their session. No children or pets are allowed in the studio.

6.2 Behavior:

• CK Creations reserves the right to refuse service to any client displaying abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Liability

7.1 Acknowledgment of Risks:

• Tattooing is a permanent procedure, and clients understand the risks involved, including allergic reactions, scarring, or infection.

• CK Creations and its artists are not liable for adverse reactions unless caused by gross negligence.

7.2 Client Responsibility:

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are healthy and prepared for their tattoo session. This includes avoiding alcohol, blood thinners, and sunburn prior to the appointment.

8. Photos and Marketing

8.1 Consent to Photography:

• With your permission, CK Creations may take photos of completed tattoos for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.

• If you do not consent, please inform your artist before the session begins.

9. Changes to Terms

CK Creations reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in our studio or on our website.
